Full registration includes access to the entire conference program, including coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and conference dinner.
Workshops day registration includes access to all satelite sessions (Workshops, Forum, Doctoral Consortium, Business & Tool Forum), including coffee breaks and lunch.
Registration policy
Main Conference papers: At least one author of each accepted Main Conference paper must register with a regular Full registration and present the paper at the conference. The Full registration is charged at the regular rate; no student discount applies.
Satelite session papers: At least one author of each Workshop, Forum, Doctoral Consortium or Business & Tool Forum paper must register (with either a Full registration or a Workshops day registration) and present the paper. Student and regular registration rates are available for all satelite sessions papers.
Students registering at the student rate must provide a scanned copy of a valid proof of student status to the organizers, at most one week after the registration.
Registration fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, a registered author may be replaced by another co-author, subject to approval by the organizers.
Registration is currently open for authors of main conference papers. An update will be soon available to the registration form, allowing participants to provide additional information, such as dietary requirements, register accompanying persons, and sign up for optional social events at an additional cost.
